Welcome to the Loveless Law Hour!

The Loveless Law Hour is a unique legal show in that the hosts address complex legal issues in a way that everyone can understand and in a manner that is both informative and entertaining. From blue-collar workers to CEO’s, everyone will benefit from our legal advice and be thoroughly entertained by our not-so-legal radio show antics.

The hosts of the show are Andrea Loveless, the owner and Senior Partner of the Law Offices of Andrea Loveless, LLP; Phillip Oh, the firm’s Paralegal and Director of Loss Mitigation; Kevin Riley, the show’s writer and the firm’s lead processor; and Erin Riley, the firm’s Legal Coordinator.





Andrea, Phillip, Erin and Kevin prove that to be intellectual and well-versed in the law, you don’t need to talk above everyone’s heads with big, complex legal terms, known as “legalese.” We aren’t trying to prove or sell anything. We simply want to help you navigate today’s complex world, ripe with legal pitfalls and obstacles.



People contact our law firm everyday with questions about issues involving bankruptcies, loan modifications, employment situations such as lay-offs or terminations, corporate structuring, real estate problems, litigation, etc. Therefore, we began The Loveless Law hour last year in an effort to reach more people, to offer them guidance to viable legal solutions, and to teach people how to utilize the law for their own protection, benefit and gain. By drawing on our knowledge and experience, we will help you solve, confront or at the very least point you in the right direction to address any legal issues and problems in your life.

A former model and actress, Andrea is today’s version of a renaissance woman in that she graduated at the top of her law school class, is a published academic, a black belt in Goju-Shorin Karate, a mother and wife, a licensed attorney in both California and Texas, attended college and law school on full academic scholarships, and is a good ‘ol farm girl who is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Andrea draws on her down-to-earth southern roots in how she addresses her listeners and clients, which allows her to be approachable and enables her to communicate her ideas and solutions in a manner that is both effective and entertaining. Frankly, we’ll show you how fun it is “doin’ it legal style.”
